ARTGOART PRIVACY POLICY

The controller of personal data is the Operator of the ARTGOART Platform.

XII. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may amend this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
XIII. Final Provisions
This Policy enters into force on 22.05.2026.
In matters not regulated herein, applicable laws and the ARTGOART Terms and Conditions shall apply.
